1. Introductory Provisions

By using the Prekucaj.com platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and users who access this site or make a purchase.

Transactions are processed in your country's currency (BAM, EUR, RSD, etc.) depending on the chosen payment method and location. We operate in compliance with applicable FTC guidelines regarding digital goods and consumer protection.

2. Subject of Service and Intellectual Property

Prekucaj.com provides a service of digital delivery and technical mediation in setting up access credentials for digital video games (Digital Licenses).

We do not sell physical copies of games. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights (including PlayStation, PS4, PS5) belong exclusively to Sony Interactive Entertainment and their respective publishers. Prekucaj.com is not an official partner, nor is it connected by ownership to Sony Interactive Entertainment.

3. Purchase and Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after the system records the payment in full. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateway systems. Prices include all applicable taxes.

A 10% discount is applied automatically when the cart contains two or more different games.

Pricing errors: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been submitted and payment processed. If your payment has already been captured for an incorrectly priced order, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Delivery of Digital Content (Delivery Policy)

Delivery is carried out exclusively electronically — via email. The standard delivery time is within one hour of payment confirmation. In periods of high demand, the process may take up to two hours, and the maximum timeframe is 24 hours.

The customer is obliged to provide an accurate email address. Prekucaj.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrectly entered data.

5. Refunds and Complaints (Refund Policy)

Due to the specific nature of digital goods (once digital data is delivered, it is considered used), refunds are not possible after successful delivery to an email address. The same policy applies on the official PlayStation platform.

Exception: If the delivered digital access does not work due to an error on our end at the time of delivery, the customer must contact us within 24 hours. We resolve every justified complaint urgently — by replacing the license or providing a full refund. Canceling a purchase after the delivery has been sent is not a valid reason for a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Prekucaj.com is not responsible for PlayStation Network outages, global changes to Sony's usage policies, or issues arising from user error when setting up the digital content on the console.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, internet or network failures, cyberattacks, platform outages (including PlayStation Network), or any other event outside our direct control.

8. Changes to the Terms

9. Eligibility

By placing an order on Prekucaj.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the platform with the explicit consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have reasonable grounds to believe this condition has not been met.

10. Prohibited Uses

Purchased digital licenses are for personal use only. You may not use this site or its content for any of the following:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer purchased licenses to third parties for commercial gain
• Use purchased content for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
• Submit fraudulent orders or initiate chargebacks for goods delivered as described
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Submit false or misleading information during the order or complaint process
• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scraping tools to collect pricing, inventory, or any other data from the platform
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using the platform

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any user found to be in violation of these prohibited uses.

11. Refusal of Service and Fraud Prevention

Nova Digital Interactive LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend access to any user at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment methods, or any activity that violates these terms. Orders identified as high-risk may be subject to additional verification before processing.

We further reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order where we reasonably suspect unauthorized bulk purchasing, commercial reselling, or any violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Sanctions Compliance

In compliance with U.S. law and the regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Nova Digital Interactive LLC does not process transactions for users residing in, or acting on behalf of, any country or individual subject to U.S. economic sanctions. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of, any OFAC-sanctioned jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nova Digital Interactive LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Prekucaj.com platform and all content, products, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nova Digital Interactive LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Nova Digital Interactive LLC with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

18. Waiver

Failure by Nova Digital Interactive LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Nova Digital Interactive LLC.
